The Purchaser shall book the Property with a minimum amount of not less than Kshs 100,000, upon which a sales agreement shall be signed. Any amount less than Kshs 100,000 shall not guarantee the Property as sold, and the Vendor shall be at liberty to resell the Property without any reference or notice to the Purchaser.

The Purchaser shall top up to 50% of the Purchase Price within 14 days from the booking date. If the Purchaser reserves more than one plot, they shall forfeit 10% of the Purchase price if they opt to transfer the sum paid for the above stated plot to another plot 14 days after the booking date..

7.1 Cash Option Full payment should be done within 7 days from the booking date. In the event that full payment is not received within the stipulated period the Cash price will be invalid and the 3 months price and repayment terms will take effect.
7.2 Three (3) Months. In default of paying the instalments for two months, the balance shall accrue a 2.5%
interest per month

The Company will require the purchaser to make a formal refund request by filling in client refund form. 10% of the plot price will be deducted being administrative cost.

The above-mentioned Purchase Price is inclusive of legal fees, stamp duty, and other related costs that may be incurred in the process of transferring the title from the Vendor’s Name to the Purchaser’s Name. The Title deed will be transferred within 3 months after full payment is made, individual titles are processed and completion documents signed.

The Company shall not be held responsible for monies given to a member of staff or sent to their personal/mobile money accounts
